Another Soutaiseiriron track, and another high energy & very catchy one at that. I remember listening to it for the first time prior to seeing the lyrics, and doing a double take as the CIA, KGB, and FBI are mentioned in quick succession. Lyrically this song is fairly bizarre and seems denpa-ish to me, although the general sound goes away from that. I’m not very up to speed on music vocabulary or genre/subgenre knowledge, but it has a certain tone that seems very emblematic of the mid-late 00s, not that all music then was like this, certainly not, but that it is rooted in something intangible from back then. I think that’s part of why I enjoy Soutaiseiriron’s sound in general.
