A pretty melancholic and somewhat depressing song, that incidentally is very new at time of writing. The marching sort of beat that it has is what initially caught my ear, and the very abrupt transition to a momentum-stopping washed out sound, followed by an additionally washed out PA system announcement styled way in which it ends is what really drew my attention. Amps up the melancholy and induces a sort of dream like nostalgia, which I think is fitting given the lyrics.
